What this publisher does—and does not—provide

We coordinate descriptive ride sheets, maps, and volunteer role notes. We do not sell tickets, manage memberships, or certify anyone’s riding ability. Participation remains voluntary and self-directed.

Editorial scope

Published rides emphasize neutral language: distances in miles, elevations in feet, and rest policies spelled out in plain sentences. When county maintenance alters a shoulder width, we annotate the change date at the top of the affected sheet.

Volunteer leadership rotation

Ride leads rotate seasonally. Each lead receives the same template so tone stays consistent. Conflicts of interest—such as promoting a single retail brand—are declined in favor of general supply categories (“bring two water bottles”) rather than store names.

Corrections and map feeds

Municipal open-data layers sometimes lag construction zones. If you spot a mismatch between a posted cue and on-street signage, send the intersection name through the contact form. We verify against public notices before updating.
